Return & Refund Policy
At Stonegate Motor Supplies Ltd, we want your vehicle’s interior to feel exactly as you imagined. If an accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a comprehensive return process designed to be fair and transparent.
30-Day Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure a successful refund, the following criteria must be met:
- Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original state. For interior organizers and tissue boxes, they must be free of any dust, hair, or lingering scents (perfume/tobacco).
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original retail packaging, including any protective films, foam inserts, and instruction manuals.
- Adhesive Integrity: Any products involving one-time use adhesives (such as certain dashboard mounts) cannot be returned once the adhesive backing has been peeled or tampered with.
The Return Process
1. Request Authorization: Contact us at stonegate@stonegatemotorsupplies.com with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
2. RMA Issuance: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our London return address.
3. Secure Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds & Processing
Upon arrival at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a change of preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective or incorrect, Stonegate Motor Supplies Ltd will provide a prepaid return label.
